About our training coordinator:
Carol Pendagast
Carol is a life long resident of the City of Shelton. She joined F.W. Serra, Inc in 2003 bringing with her experience, skills and talents developed over the past 25+ years in the business community.
She is a member of SHRM, holding a certificate as an HR Generalist and is currently preparing for her SPHR designation.
She is a 2007 graduate of the Leadership Greater Valley Program.
She is also a licensed insurance rep. and an active member of our community.
Carol is an Ambassador and active member of the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce, a corporator for Birmingham Group Health Services, Inc., a member of the Valley United Way Corporate Volunteer Council-serving as co-chair for the Food Pantry Collection Committee, a member of the Healthy Valley-Heritage Valley Committee-serving as Communications Chairperson, & a Valley United Way Harvest House committee member. She is a member of and presenter for the Leadership Greater Valley Committee & Communications co-chair for their Alumni Committee. Carol is a member of the Shelton High School Class of 1979 Reunion Committee.
She is also a Volunteer and our Team Captain for the annual United Way Campaigns and the annual TEAM, Inc, Toys-for Tots Programs and a member of TEAM, Inc.'s Men-Who-Cook Committee.
Carol is a member of the Housatonic Council Boy Scouts of America having served as a Unit Commissioner and Committee Chair for various committees.
