About our training coordinator: Carol Pendagast Carol is a life long resident of the City of Shelton. She joined F.W. Serra, Inc in 2003 bringing with her experience, skills and talents developed over the past 20 years in the business community. She is a member of SHRM, holding a certificate as an HR Generalist and is currently preparing for her SPHR designation. She is a 2007 graduate of the Leadership Greater Valley Program. She is also a licensed insurance rep. and an active member of our community.	Carol is an Ambassador for the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Valley United Way Corporate Volunteer Council, member of the Healthy Valley-Heritage Valley Committee, volunteer and our team captain for the annual TEAM, Inc, Toys-for Tots & United Way campaigns. She is also member of the Housatonic Council Boy Scouts of America having served as a Unit Commissioner and Committee Chair for their annual Friends of Scouting campaign and Father's Day Pancake Breakfast as well as serving on various other committees. Carol is a retired officer/committee chair of the Shelton Woman's Club.
