F.W. Serra, Incorporated - Announces Partnership of Serra Consulting Services, LLC & Benefits Partners:

Serra Consulting Services LLC of Shelton, Connecticut today announced the formation of a strategic partnership with eight (8) Connecticut based employee benefit providers serving employers in the tri-state area. Under the affiliated arrangement, Serra Consulting Services LLC (SCS) will provide human resource management, employment law and organization effectiveness programs to the partners' clients. As a result, small to mid-size businesses can now rely on one provider for all employee benefit and human resource management services. They can offer their workforce world class, comprehensive programs which, until now, were unavailable at a reasonable cost.

SCS, a division of F.W.Serra, Inc., offers consulting services in employment law, labor relations, training and organizational development, executive search and coaching, compensation, benefit design and safety engineering. It offers comprehensive regulatory compliance reviews in human resource management; safety, EEO/AAP requirements, employee and crisis communications and performance management programs assisting businesses achieve their strategic objectives. All of the SCS staff of consultants has had senior leadership roles with major corporations employing “best practices” in their industries and are leaders in their fields. The SCS consulting practice also offers clients assistance in developing strategic plans and has expertise in a variety of M&A assignments.

In announcing the formation of the SCS Strategic Partnership Fred Serra, President, observed the affiliation brings a new level of administrative services to the Connecticut business community.
